
Dr Margaret Phoebe graduated from Sydney University in 1980. She spent 11 years in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), serving as a dentist in Malaysia, Edinburgh, Richmond and Glenbrook. She became a partner at Family Dental Care in 1987.
Dr Phoebe is a member of the Australian Dental Association, the Endodontic Society, the Nepean Dental Group and the International Association for Orthodontics. She has a keen interest in Orthodontics and Orthopaedics, and has completed several courses in orthodontics including the Sydney University Long Course in Orthodontics. She is also an Invisalign-accredited practitioner.
Dr Phoebe is passionate about dental education, both for herself and her patients. She believes prevention is better than cure and that the best way to achieve good dental health is through education and regular preventative treatment.


Dr Foley graduated from The University of Sydney in 1985 and has been practising Family Dental Care at Dr's Phoebe & Foley for more than 20 years.
She is a member of the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Endodontic Society and enjoys providing comprehensive and preventive care for all age groups. She is committed to continuing education in dentistry and regularly attends lectures and short courses.
Dr An graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2009 and is a fellow of the Royal Australiasian College of Dental Surgeons and a member of the Australian Dental Association.
She is dedicated to high quality care and regularly attends continuing education courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of current research and materials. She has spent time working in both large hospital centres as well as servicing remote and rural communities.
Dr An is passionate about preventive dentistry and believes in a comprehensive approach in improving your oral health.
Dr An can speak to patients in both English and Chinese.
Dr An also provides orthodontic treatment.


Dr De Silva graduated in dentistry in 1996 from the University of Adelaide after which he completed 10 years of service with the dental corps of the RAAF. His special interests are in oral surgery and dental implants.
Dr De Silva was trained in Sweden with the RAAF on dental implants and completed a graduate diploma in oral implants at the University of Sydney in 2003. He is a current member of the RAAF Specialist Reserve.
Ms. Martin graduated as a dental therapist in 1999. She worked for Sydney West Area Health before joining Family Dental Care in 2008.
She enjoys children's dentistry ( paediatric dentistry ) and completed a Diploma in Professional Practice Management in 2013 from the University of New England.
